VP, Global Business Development | Cornerstone Relocation Group

 

We’re not looking for a salesperson. We’re looking for a builder.

What You’ll Do

 

Drive Growth

  • Identify and win high-value opportunities across global markets
  • Execute strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth
  • Lead complex RFPs and presentations with confidence

Build Relationships

  • Engage Fortune 500 and Global 2000 leaders
  • Position yourself as a strategic advisor ~ not a vendor
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments

Sell with Insight

  • Translate client challenges into tailored mobility strategies
  • Bring a consultative, insight-led approach
  • Help clients make better ~ not just faster ~ decisions

Work as One Team

  • Partner across Client Relations, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management (HubSpot)

Compensation & Benefits

Cornerstone offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based incentives, 401K match and comprehensive benefits. We are committed to equity, transparency, and supporting your success - professionally and personally. Earning potential up to $120k.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in relocation, global mobility, or complex B2B sales
  • Proven success winning enterprise-level business
  • Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • A consultative, thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset

Additional Details

  • Travel: Up to 50% (U.S. + global)
  • Location: Flexible (Midwest preferred)
  • Compensation: Competitive + performance-based
