Overview

Cornerstone Relocation Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas World Group, has been delivering high-touch, employee-focused mobility solutions for 30+ years.  We are seeking a Sr. Mobility Associate with a track record of success to join our growing service team!   

 

The Senior Mobility Associate is responsible for managing the relocation process for transferees, serving as their primary point of contact to provide guidance, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth transition. This role involves educating transferees on policy benefits, coordinating with internal teams and providers, and proactively addressing challenges. Additionally, the Senior Mobility Associate supports client communications, staff training, and special projects, with occasional travel as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact and advocate for transferees, managing the entire relocation process and providing guidance on policies.
  • Assess transferee needs, troubleshoot provider concerns, and discuss policy exceptions, escalating issues to the Director as necessary.
  • Assist with various transferee situations, including renters, non-home sale homeowners, home marketing, and lump sum transfers, collaborating with providers and updating transferees.
  • Educate transferees on policies to maximize their benefits and set clear expectations regarding processes and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and successful relocations.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Maintain systems with up-to-date transferee information and generate reports as needed.
  • Provide clients with status updates, communicate issues and solutions promptly, and ensure transparency throughout the process.
  • Support chairside training and occasional coaching of Mobility Advisor staff as required.
  • Travel to current and prospective client locations as needed (less than 5% of work time).
  • Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of job-related experience are required.
  • Experience with a relocation management provider or related service.
  • Internally and externally develop and maintain relationships to enhance work quality.
