Cornerstone Relocation Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas World Group, has been delivering high-touch, employee-focused mobility solutions for 30+ years.  We are seeking a Senior Director of Mobility & Talent Strategy with a track record of success to join our growing service team!   

 

The Senior Director, Mobility & Talent Strategy is a transformative leadership role focused on delivering people-centered, future-forward mobility solutions. This individual drives strategic client advisory engagements, aligns global workforce strategy with business transformation, and positions Cornerstone as a leading force in talent mobility innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client-Focused Strategy & Innovation

  • Manage strategic global mobility and HR consulting services to Cornerstone clients.
  • Manage high-impact client engagements focused on policy design, talent strategy, DEIB, and workforce analytics in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Support RFP responses and contribute to global program transformation planning in collaboration with senior level leadership.
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales to evolve client relationships from transactional to consultative.
  • Coordinate Client Advisory Board logistics and insights gathering in partnership with executive sponsors.
  • Incorporate voice-of-client feedback into program evolution and ensure advisory support aligns with dynamic organizational change.
  • Support workforce transition planning and change management for global mobility initiatives.

Strategic Leadership & Organizational Alignment

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align consulting solutions with evolving business goals.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives defined by executive leadership.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement within Cornerstone’s consulting delivery teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of service models and delivery strategies in coordination with Atlas World Group initiatives.

Team Development & Consulting Excellence

  • Provide guidance and informal leadership across the consulting team, with potential to assume direct people management responsibilities as the function evolves.
  • Lead development of scalable frameworks, methodologies, and tools to elevate consulting delivery.
  • Drive quality and consistency across all client-facing advisory efforts, reflecting Cornerstone’s client-first values.
  • Act as a strategic voice in the marketplace through keynote speaking, industry panels, and client benchmarking insights.

Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Participate in industry events and contribute to thought leadership content in coordination with marketing and executive leadership.
  • Contribute to whitepapers, webinars, and industry research on emerging talent and mobility trends.
  • Amplify Cornerstone’s presence in the marketplace in coordination with Atlas World Group’s branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic counsel on externally facing initiatives across Cornerstone and Atlas.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

 

Education and/or Experience

 

  • Minimum 8–10 years in global mobility or HR consulting with demonstrated team leadership and client-facing experience.
  • Proven client-facing consulting experience with enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional client-facing teams in a matrixed or global environment.
  • Proven success in guiding enterprise-wide transformation, integrating DEIB frameworks, and applying structured consulting models.
  • Strong operational mindset and project leadership experience.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in consulting, global mobility, or HR solutions at a senior level.
  • Experience on both the corporate buyer and service provider sides of the mobility industry.
  • Success in launching or scaling service offerings within a global business model.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through client-facing people strategies.
