At Cornerstone Relocation Group, we deliver personalized, high‑touch mobility solutions that help people and organizations transition with confidence. Through deep expertise, trusted partnerships, and a commitment to service excellence, we support domestic and global relocations that balance experience, cost, and compliance—without compromise.

What sets Cornerstone apart is our consultative approach and unwavering focus on the moments that matter most. We serve as true partners to our clients, providing clarity, stability, and confidence during complex and high‑stakes mobility events.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Mobility Consultant to join our Global Mobility team. This is a senior, client‑facing role designed for executive, high‑profile, and sensitive relocations—where expectations are high, complexity is real, and precision is non‑negotiable.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary advisor and operational lead for Cornerstone’s most critical mobility assignments. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, exercise sound judgment under pressure, and provide a calm, credible presence for executives, clients, and internal partners.

You’ll be accountable for outcomes, stewardship, and the overall experience—ensuring each relocation protects the client’s people, business, budget, and reputation.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the dedicated consultant for executive, high‑profile, and sensitive relocation assignments, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the end‑to‑end process.
  • Lead complex domestic and global relocations with a structured, insight‑driven approach aligned to client policy and business intent.
  • Deliver high‑touch support to executives and their families, building trust through discretion, credibility, and consistent follow‑through.
  • Anticipate risks, stakeholder sensitivities, and pressure points, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Assume ownership of escalated cases requiring senior‑level judgment, decisive action, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Provide proactive communication, clear guidance, and steady leadership throughout the lifecycle of each move.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, leadership, and external suppliers to ensure alignment, continuity, and quality service delivery.
  • Apply strong cost stewardship and policy governance while maintaining a confident, executive‑level experience.
  • Escalate service, compliance, or reputational risks appropriately, engaging leadership when necessary.
Maintain accurate case documentation and operational discipline within Cornerstone systems and processes.
  • Provide insights, feedback, and recommendations to strengthen executive mobility programs and service standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including executive playbooks, standards, and best practices.
  • Serve as a role model and resource for peers, sharing knowledge and helping elevate Cornerstone’s overall client experience.
